Member uses Exercise to Gain Strength to go the Distance

Zachary Simons wanted a stronger upper body so he could walk on my crutches longer. After being a member at the Health & Fitness Center, he feels good about his progress.

“To this day I still feel good coming to the center. It makes me happy to work out. The wide variety of machines has kept me coming back to the center. I also like how kind the staff is to me.”

Since joining the center Zachary has gotten a stronger upper body and lower body as well.

“Getting a stronger upper body and lower body has changed my life for the better because I don’t get tired so easily on my crutches. I can also walk longer distances on my crutches.”
