My Fitness Journey
I have been passionate about fitness from a young age, having played baseball for the first 20 years of my life. My dedication to health and athletic performance was recognized early on, from being an all-conference player in high school to playing college baseball at my hometown university. With a solid foundation in anatomy and a deep interest in overall well-being, I knew that majoring in exercise science was the perfect fit for me when I discovered it was offered at my college. The combination of being involved with athletics and academic knowledge has shaped my commitment into helping others achieve their fitness goals.
