Welcome to Our Aquatic Center

Our indoor Aquatic Centers feature McHenry County’s best indoor pools – including warm water therapy pools, lap lanes, zero-depth pools, play features for children, whirlpools and spa pools.  Our experienced Water Safety Instructors are trained by the American Red Cross to work with children of all ages and are certified lifeguards.

We offer a wide variety of classes including children’s swim lessons for all levels, lifeguard certifications, adult swim classes, arthritis water exercise courses and many more.

Lap swimming

Regardless of ability level and experience, people 12 years or older can swim laps. It is important to include low-impact, aerobic exercise in your fitness routine. Lap swimming provides a unique total-body cardiovascular workout.

Water therapy programs

Water therapy is ideal for those with arthritis, fibromyalgia or chronic pain, and those recovering from joint replacement.

Aquatic exercise classes

Group exercise in the water can be an excellent way to reach your personal fitness goals. High-, moderate- and low-intensity classes are available.
