BodyScript™ features a safe, near-infrared technology. This technology allows for accurate measurements of muscle, body fat percentage, and water in less than a minute, without the need to remove shoes or socks.

BodyScript will tell you your results on the following body metrics:

• Body weight
• Body water
• Body fat
• Essential fat
• Reserve fat
• Excess fat
• Basal metabolic rate (BMR)
• Lean body mass (LBM)
• Body mass index (BMI)

You can track your progress and results by using our NEW center app by opening the Fitness Assessment tile and scanning the QR code on the BodyScript unit.
