Variety of Classes and Offerings Helps Member Stay Active and Gain Muscle

After the Centegra/Northwestern Medicine merger, Jeanne Schroeder tried classes and offerings at the Health & Fitness Center. She also had a friend who was a current member and had a lot of positive things to say about the facility.

“I wanted to get in better shape and add some muscle. Weight wasn’t an issue, but I felt like a marshmallow. I am not afraid to try new classes or exercises,” said Jeanne

What keeps Jeanne coming back is the staff, fellow members and the variety of class offerings.

“I feel better and have met so many wonderful people. The variety of classes, LES MILLS™ classes, personal training, instructors who motivate and push me to work my hardest. The classes are challenging, which is exactly what they should be.”

Since joining Jeanne has gained more muscle and her ongoing goal is to continue to stay active.

“My confidence in what I am able to achieve has grown and I am not intimidated. I feel better, both physically and mentally. If I am stressed about anything, I forget all about it at the Health & Fitness Center. I feel great when I’ve accomplished my workout for the day!”
