Membership Reactivation

To reactivate your account, please complete the form below.

Please be aware of the following when reactivating your account:

• This form can be used if your membership was placed on a temporary hold (membership bridge or freeze). If you canceled your membership, please contact the center for reactivation.
• Choosing to reactivate your membership will reactivate all members on your account except for children enrolled in child care services.
• Children enrolled in child care services will remain on hold until those services are available.
• All member waivers, and terms and conditions of your original membership are still enforced, including your member waiver of liability. CLICK HERE to review the Waiver and Release.

If you feel like you cannot resume your workouts right now, or if you have any outstanding questions, please call the center. During this difficult time, we want to be flexible in order to meet your needs.
