We’re thrilled to invite you to our upcoming MyFitRx Open House. Join us for a day of exploration, education and fun as we showcase the incredible offerings here at Northwestern Medicine Huntley Health & Fitness Center.

- MyFitRx information table
- Tech Booth showcasing the latest fitness technologies, BodyScript™ demos
- Complimentary blood pressure screenings noon – 1:30 pm

Classes and Workshops:
- Northwestern Medicine Rehabilitation tabling opportunity.
- Observe a supervised MyFitRx exercise session 9 am
- Observe a Rock Steady Boxing Parkinson’s Class 1 pm
Additional Activities:
- Aqua fitness class 9:15 am
- Chair Yoga 10:30 am
- BodyBalance 6:15 pm
- Zumba® 6:30 pm
- All attendees that fill out “Exercise Recommendation Form” will be entered into a drawing for: Free MyFitRx Program

Ready to conquer your health challenges? Join MyFitRx and receive personalized support for chronic conditions and increased physical activity. Begin any pathway for just $96 this March. This program is open to current members and the community ages 16 and older.
Do you have a medical condition or need support to be more active? With MyFitRx, you can choose one of 10 specialized pathways designed to help you meet your health and fitness goals. In eight weeks, our certified fitness specialists will help you improve your level of physical activity through a customized fitness plan, fitness assessments and full membership access to our medically integrated fitness center.
