Golden Strength is a low-impact strength training program that is designed specifically for adults 50 and better who want to move better, feel stronger and stay active long-term. Whether you are returning to exercise or looking to enhance your routine, Golden Strength meets you where you are.

This welcoming, small-group program provides a full-body workout that prioritizes function, safety and longevity. Each class is carefully structured to help you build strength, improve stability and boost confidence in your daily movements.

This full-body workout includes:

  • Joint-friendly strength training to help build muscle safely and effectively.
  • Core stability and posture work to support your back and help reduce discomfort.
  • Balance and coordination exercises to help keep you steady and independent.
  • Gentle stretching and mobility drills to enhance flexibility and help reduce stiffness.

Eight-week program: June 9 and 11

Tuesdays | Noon to 1 pm

Thursdays | Noon to 1 pm

Location: Performance Studio
Cost: Once a week ($199), Twice a week ($398)
