We’re thrilled to invite you to our upcoming MyFitRx Open House. Join us for a day of exploration, education, and fun as we showcase the incredible offerings here at Northwestern Medicine Huntley Health & Fitness Center.

Here’s what you can expect:

Event Highlights:

• Facility and medical integration specific tours
• MyFitRx information table
• BodyScript™ demos

Classes and Workshops:

• 9:00 am to 11:00 am – Complimentary blood pressure screenings
• 9:00 am to 12:00 pm – Fall risk assessments with NM Physical Therapy
• 10:00 to 11:00 am – Observe and/or participate a supervised MyFitRx exercise session
• 1:00 am to 2:00 pm – Rock Steady Boxing Intro for Parkinson’s only
• 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm – Observe and/or participate a supervised MyFitRx exercise session

• Enjoy light snacks and beverages to keep you refreshed
