Lose to Win

Lose to Win is an 8-week weight loss program designed to improve your overall health and help you reach your fitness goals! With weigh-ins every week, you will be sure to stay on track to reaching your goal. All participants will work with a certified personal trainer through 16 vigorous workouts. Participants will receive a swag bag including, home exercise equipment, a water bottle, Fitness Assessment, and a jacket/pullover. The male and female winners will be determined by the greatest percentage of total weight lost.

PRIZES (male and female winners)
– FIRST PLACE: $250 Fitfunds
– SECOND PLACE: $100 Fitfunds

INDIVIDUAL RULES
– All participants must weigh-in on the Tanita scale.
– To qualify for an individual prize, the participant must attend a minimum of 12 team sessions.
– The male and female who lose the most weight, based on the greatest percentage of weight loss will each win a prize.
– Individual points will be earned based on workouts and weekly challenge activities.
– Chance to win other prizes based on total amount of individual points.

MANDATORY WEIGH-INS
INITIAL: January 10th – 16th, 2022
WEEKLY: Participants are encouraged to weigh-in weekly to track progress.
FINAL:  All participants must complete a final weigh-in by 5:00 pm on Sunday, March 13, 2022.

– All weigh-ins will be completed by a Fitness Specialist.
– All weigh-in information will be kept confidential.

DATES:  November 26, 2021 – January 9, 2022
FEE: $250 (House Charge, or Credit)
